WHAT AN INCREDIBLE RUN last night! We headed out at 6:30. The sun was bright and the temperature was perfect (right around 60 degrees). We ran through a couple of parks on the Huron River, and over the Argo Dam. There were rowing sculls on the river, and lots of other people out running or on bikes. The six miles went by very fast.

Memorable Quote of the Month – May
“Remain seated as little as possible…Put no trust in any thought that is not born in the open to the accompaniment of free bodily movement, nor in one in which even the muscles do not celebrate a feast. A sedentary life, as I have already said elsewhere, is the real sin against the Holy Spirit.”
